An Update on a Courier Mix-Up

We wanted to share a quick update following a frustrating courier issue that’s affected a small number of recent orders.

Last week, several of our parcels – clearly labelled for Evri – were mistakenly collected by Royal Mail from the parcel shop where they were dropped off. Because of this, the Evri tracking never updated, and from our side, it appeared the parcels hadn’t moved.

To avoid any further delay for customers, we sent out express replacements immediately.

However, it’s since come to light that Royal Mail may have attempted delivery of the original parcels and left cards asking for a £7 payment for unpaid postage. This fee was not authorised by us and understandably caused some confusion and frustration.

If this has happened to you, please don’t worry – we’ll reimburse the charge straight away - Either send us a DM on instagram or email support@levellgames.com. And if you’ve ended up with an extra deck, you’re absolutely welcome to keep it or pass it on to someone who’d enjoy it.

We’re now raising this with the relevant parties to understand how this happened and to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
